Grand Prize Picture 2015

Don’t cry cute little Clementine, it’s true – YOU’RE A WINNER!

During Silver Falls’ Christmas Festival this past December, the Stevenson family took a moment and filled out a survey to let us know how the event went and entered the raffle to win a free stay in a cabin at the Silver Falls Lodge & Conference Center.

…and they won the grand prize!  They shared their joy by taking a picture with one of our youngest Oregon State Park fans.

Here’s their email after they found out they had won and were asked to share a “selfie” with their prize coupon…

So, we have finally picked a picture for the winnings!!  =)  We just had a beautiful new girl and we thought who better to represent the Stevensons!!!  So, here it is!!  Clementine says hello hehe.  Hope you are having a good day 🙂

Silver Falls Lodge & Conference Center

Silver Falls State Park has been named by Sunset magazine as one of the west’s “top 10 beginner campgrounds”. Silver Falls Lodge & Conference Center offers lodges and cabins for visitors to the state park who don’t want to “rough it”!

A National Historic Landmark, South Falls Lodge at Silver Falls State Park combines the best in mother nature with the best in human nature. Built by Civilian Conservation Corps workers in 1940-41, South Falls Lodge complements the breathtaking beauty of Silver Falls State Park with timeless park lodge style and guest services.  South Falls Lodge is available to be reserved after hours for weddings, holiday parties, special occasions and events.

Silver Falls Lodge & Conference Center has long been one of Oregon’s favorite places to meet. In 2014, its management was assigned by the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department to Silver Falls Recreation Company, whose parent company has been serving national, state and regional park visitors since 1975.

Just 35 minutes east of Salem, 1.5 hours south of Portland International Airport and 20 minutes south of Silverton, near Sublimity, Silver Falls State Park is closeby, yet sufficiently secluded to allow for productive meetings, intimate ceremonies and inspirational outings.

Best known for its many waterfalls, Silver Falls State Park features more than 30 miles of trails, including the renowned Trail of Ten Falls, a National Recreation Trail. Situated in a temperate rain forest, the park is a favorite of hikers, picnickers, bicyclists, anglers, photographers, equestrians, swimmers, dog-walkers, wildlife viewers and anyone moved by nature’s wonders.
