Both Bike Tours Meet @ Campground Entrance
- 11 am: THE JR BEAVER BIKE CHALLENGE: Junior Ranger Bike Program, Bring your bike and join us for a short ride to our obstacle course in the South Falls Day-Use Area and learn all about bike safety. All kids 12 & under w/ chaperones.
- 4 pm: APPLES TO APPLES Guided Bike Tour, 90 min 2 mile one-way (families are free to explore 2 mile bike loop after program) Join us for a guided bike tour along the paved bike path and discover 2 of Silver Falls’ Historic Orchards and see if you could have made it as a homesteader! All kids 12 & under w/ chaperones.
Special Note: Non-campers are welcome to join but please park in the South Falls Day-use Area and take the paved bike path on the far side of Silver Creek to the campground to begin the tours.
This weekend step back through time and explore the bygone days of Silver Falls at the 6th Annual Historic Silver Falls Days.

New this year will be a farrier (horseshoe-maker) and a bluegrass band each day. Mill Creek Carriages (pictured above) will be here again on Sunday with their draft horses. Check out the video above from their traditional horse-logging this past February here at Silver Falls.
